Lead warehouse operations for a growing wholesale and distribution company with direct reporting to the Managing Director.

CapEx Recruitment is working in partnership with a wholesale and distribution firm in the North Dublin area on the appointment of a Senior Warehouse & Operations Manager.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory, optimise processes, and ensure an efficient logistics operation.

What you will need to succeed:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role
• Proven track record of success with implementing various process improvement projects with the Warehouse & Logistics function of the business
• Proven experience in warehouse management and operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent understanding of inventory management and logistics
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems (WMS / ERP and Advanced Excel user)

In return, a salary of up to €80,000 plus bonus is on offer.
