CapEx is recruiting on behalf of one of Irelands most established Main Contractors, who is growing their team based on recent expansion and recruiting a BIM Co-ordinator.
The company is a leading main contractor with vast experience across all sectors of the construction industry. They are a nationally recognised contractor with a portfolio of major projects across all sectors of the industry.
The Role:
- Carry out the Role of Information Manager (as per PAS 1192/ISO 19650)
- Strive to continuously develop your skills in Digital Applications
- A solid understanding of producing 3D models/objects and data input
- Knowledge of auditing models for BEP compliance, understanding of LODs
- Managed clash detection and resolution meetings
- Works in conjunction with Design Team & Subcontractor BIM Leads/ Teams
- Works across multiple Disciplines
- Attends Project Co-ordination meetings
- Promotes use of BIM and Benefits on projects
- Ensure Project & Company Standards are adhered to
- Ensures Project Deadlines are adhered to
The Person:
- 2+ years’ experience of working on multi- disciplinary projects with BIM level 2 standards.
- Degree qualified in construction, computing or related discipline.
- Full membership of relevant professional body.
