Job Description: 3D CAD / Revit Technician
Location: Midlands
Salary: €40-50k guide
Capex are recruiting on behalf of a progressive Specialist Contractor / Offsite Manufacturer who is growing their team based on recent expansion and recruiting a CAD / Revit Technician.
The company provides offsite solutions ranging from residential, hotel, educational and healthcare projects.
You will work within the architectural and engineering design departments and take ownership of modelling, converting 2D drawings to 3D models for both the manufacturing and site installation process, working with structural engineers, M&E designers, quantity surveyors and specialist manufacturers including building services, roofing & façade etc.
- You shall have 2-5 years experience in a construction design environment, ideally in architectural /RC / steelwork
- Competent in AutoCAD or/and Revit
- Be a good communicator dealing with the internal team and 3rd party consultants / project teams.
The company will provide specialist training in industry Vertex BD / BIM. While experience in BIM will be beneficial it is not essential.
