Junior Recruitment Consultant – Construction & Civil Engineering – Shannon
CapEx are a leading Construction Recruitment Co with offices in Shannon and Dublin. We are seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join a developing operations in Shannon who will be part of the development of the business.
You shall have either a qualification, ideally to degree level in a construction, business, marketing or HR discipline.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. This role will see you working closely with Director of the company. The ideal candidate will have a real hunger and desire to succeed and the rewards and benefits for joining the company at this stage will be significant and will genuinely lead to upper management opportunities.
The role will suit someone with a strong professional personality, good communication skills, methodical, hardworking conscientious and a real desire to succeed. The role will involve full training under Senior Management with initial induction / continuous training from experienced team members. You will also be given the opportunity over time to develop your own client base and begin to manage your own desk / industry sector.
This role is open to those new to recruitment as full training will be provided, alternatively if you have a number of years’ experience and seeking a change we are happy to speak to you also.
