CapEx is recruiting on behalf of a Large Main Contractor who is seeking a Finishing Foreman.
The company is a leading building and civil engineering contractor with vast experience across all sectors of the construction industry. They are a nationally recognised contractor with a portfolio of major projects across all sectors of the industry.
Our client is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to assist in an Apartment Project in the Dublin area.
Responsibilities:
- Managing several trades on site at any one time.
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Ensuring site safety by making safety inspections
- Ensuring a high standard of workmanship at all times
- Liaising with the PM, Design Team & Client
- Supporting the Project Manager in delivering the project on time and within budget
Requirements:
- 5-10 years’ experience in a Residential/Apartment/Commercial environment
- Trades background or engineering qualified is preferred
- Full Clean Drivers License
- Proficient IT and report writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
