We are currently representing construction companies based in Ireland ranging from the industry’s leading Tier 1 names undertaking projects values of €50-300m in addition to reputable Tier 2 main contractors and residential developers.
We are currently recruiting from Director / Senior Management level through to mid-management and junior level including:

CapEx are experiencing demand in Ireland across all sectors of the industry, with significant focus on the building and residential sectors in the greater Dublin region. The Irish construction industry has recently reported a 2.5% increase in growth in Q3 2019 with sectors such as Residential Building up by 8.2% in the same period. There are 100+ tower cranes in the Dublin skyline with significant projects in the Leinster region with some significant construction activity now spreading regionally to the western and southern parts of the country. Activity in the commercial / office sector is strong in addition to significant growth also in hotel and student accommodation construction. The foreign direct investment has seen major projects outside the M50 ranging from data centres, biopharma and micro-processing markets. The residential sector, both private and social housing are experienced unprecedented growth which is now in both central / urban city centre developments and traditional housing in suburban areas and regionally.
CapEx are now undertaking a recruitment campaign on behalf of our clients to attract experienced construction professionals to the Irish market. We are open to those from a development, main contracting or specialist contracting (RC frame / groundworks / facades or fit out) background.
Whether you are a construction professional industry professional in the UK thinking of returning back to Ireland, or you are considering coming to Ireland for the first time we are interested in speaking to you. Salaries are competitive for those with relevant UK / Irish industry experience and for those who are non EU / UK passport holders, there are revised 2019 critical skills occupation criteria to facilitate you working in Ireland also.
We are planning visits to the UK in 2020 commencing in London & Manchester from January onwards.
