CapEx are recruiting a Senior Project Manager on behalf of a long established and respected Main Contractor.
About the company;
With a history going back more than 100 years, my client is a family-owned business and one of the top Main Contracting firms in Ireland. The company has expertise in many sectors including commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, residential and pharmaceutical.
With turnover increasing rapidly, the company is now one of the leading contractors in the country with an impressive compilation of prominent public and private sector projects nationwide.
About the opportunity:
- You will be the project team leader, with overall responsibility for delivery of the project, supported by the Contracts Director and commercial team, which will be typically in excess of €10M.
- You will ideally have an Engineering background, coupled with a track record in the management of medium / large construction projects.
- Previous experience in being involved at bid /pre-contract stages and taking schemes through to site an advantage
- Ideally, you will have a career background with main contractors operating in the Irish or UK market and looking for the opportunity for real career advancement and development.
- If you feel you have the experience to be proposed as a Senior PM with an established Main Contractor who have delivered significant projects, we would like to hear from you.
