CapEx are recruiting a Project Quantity Surveyor on behalf of one of Ireland’s leading Main Contractors working on various residential projects throughout the Leinster Region.

Main duties will include, but not be limited to
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare Bills of Quantities
- Preparation of tender documents
- Record, report and manage projects risks
- Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction manager/supervisors to discuss cost.
- Developing relationships with the professional team, clients & supply chain
- Provide advice on contractual matters
- Prepare cost analysis based on drawings, estimates, materials required and labour involved
- Post-contract cost control
- Monitor the progress of projects, agree on interim payments and negotiate final accounts
- Provide commercial advice to the site team, and management on all contractual issues
You will ideally possess the following:
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
- 4+ years relevant experience
- Residential Experience preferred but not essential
