CapEx are recruiting on behalf of one of Ireland’s primary main contractors who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Limerick team. This is a permanent position within the company.

About the role:

Main duties of the Quantity Surveyor will include, but not be limited to:
- Provide accurate reports on cost, value, and risk
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in valuations of works
- Assist with post-contract cost control
- Overall cost management
- Assist in the preparation of budget estimates
- Provide advice on contractual matters
- Developing relationships with clients / supply chain / professional team.

The Successful Quantity Surveyor will ideally possess the following;
- A Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Relevant Experience preferred (Minimum 5 years)
