Capex is recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 Main Contractor who is growing their team based on recent expansion and recruiting a Senior Engineer for the Limerick Region.
The company provides specialist construction solutions ranging including Commercial, Residential Hotel and Industrial Projects.
The company has recently started a large healthcare project in the Limerick Region with 2 years scope of work and a value of €50m+.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain long-term employment with one of the country’s leading main contractors.
The Role:
- Surveying and setting out using Total Station, GPS
- Maintaining site record such as daily and weekly registers
- Day-to-day supervision of site personnel
- Promoting and ensuring high standards of Health, Safety and Quality on projects
- Supervising and managing sub-contractors
- Assist in the preparation of method statements and risk assessments for construction activities

The Person:
- 3+ years site experience
- Background in RC Structures is preferred
- Setting Out using Total Station essential
- Degree Qualified ideally but not essential
- Motivated individual with excellent communication skills
