CapEx are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of one of Ireland’s leading Main Contractors working on various large residential projects throughout the Leinster Region.
Our client, an award-winning Top Tier Main Contractor, operates across multiple sectors both throughout Ireland and internationally.
This is a permanent position with excellent benefits and an attractive remuneration package.
Main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Fully understand the project scope, restraints and responsibilities.
- Compare tender and construction documents, identifying and pricing variations as they occur.
- Prepare accurate progress reports, cash flow forecasts and cost preliminaries.
- Improve and implement best practice commercial processes and accurate budgeting.
- Manage procurement process to ensure timely delivery of project equipment and materials.
- Ensure Project Team adheres to contractual requirements.
- And much more.
You must possess the following:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or similar.
5+ years experience in a similar level position.
Proven experience within a main contracting environment.
Housing / public sector experience ideal but not essential.
