CapEx are recruiting on behalf of one of Ireland’s Top Tier Contractors who are seeking a Setting Out Engineer to join their Dublin / Leinster based team on a permanent basis. With over 50 years’ experience across all sectors of the construction industry this company have been involved in the delivery of landmark projects all around the country.
Job Description:

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Setting out, levelling and quality control
- Checking shuttering, steel and other dimensions prior to concrete pours and maintains materials reconciliation files.
- Supervision of other directly employed and subcontractor personnel engaged in various elements of the construction project.
- Record keeping of all site activities, maintaining a site diary, uploading material to the Document Management System, etc.
- Adheres strictly to the Company’s health and safety, environmental, quality and other on-site policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Appropriate engineering qualifications
- Relevant work experience gained with a building contractor
- Excellent IT skills
- Working knowledge of surveying instruments and equipment
