About the company;
My client is an established Main Contractor looking to strengthen its team following the return after COVID19 shutdown.
The company has reached a critical stage of a prestigious €30m project and requires an experienced Site Manager to take through to completion.
Site Manager – Large Commercial / Office Project – Dublin
The ideal person will have a proven track record of being responsible for significant building projects in the Irish or UK market and be capable of overseeing large commercial projects
The scheme is a substantial project in Dublin consisting of a 6 storey structure, architectural façade and CAT A Fit Out
Reporting to the Project Manager you will have an Engineering or Trades background, coupled with a track record in the management of medium / large construction projects.
The project is at a stage where the frame is complete, building envelope is underway and about 20 weeks of the programme to complete the façade and fit out
