About the role
- Dublin based
- High profile and challenging projects
- Setting out, measuring and relaying information
- €40,000 – €50,000 per annum
Main duties
- Daily management of site technical and engineering.
- Quality measures are in line with regulations
- Liaise with subcontractors, management, planners and surveyors.
- Support the Project Manager to ascertain works are completed as per program.
- Identify any discrepancies in information and develop solutions in coordination with site and design team.
- Maintain a good relationship with construction management, subcontractors and supply chain.
About you
- Degree qualified
- Able to set out using instruments.
- Good with numbers and report writing.
- Can make decisions and know when to escalate.
- Computer literate.

Main Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site audits, inspections as direct in the Safety Management System.
- Statutory inspections for all activities and equipment
- Inductions
- Compiling cost reports and forecasts
- Organising and chairing safety meetings
- Ensuring subcontractors safety statements
- Advising and assisting site management in drafting method statements
- Accident investigations
Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications
- Degree qualified to Certificate, Diploma or Degree Level
- 4 + years of experience
- Experience managing safety on site or multiple sites in the construction industry
- Excellent communication, leadership and training skills
