CapEx are recruiting on behalf of a leading Construction Company who are growing their team based on recent expansion are recruiting an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Manager.
The role would be based in their Dublin office with regular travel to regional offices and projects across Ireland and the UK.
The Role:
- Collaborating with key stakeholders across the business ensuring to further evolve our EDIB strategy and drive implementation of agreed actions.
- Design, manage, facilitate and evaluate engaging innovative EDIB learning, and education plans covering topics such as Inclusive Language / Behaviour, EDIB mentoring programme, cultural awareness programmes, and inclusive recruitment.
- Working closely with the Communications team to create a communications plan for internal and external stakeholders.
- Taking on a Prominent role in sustaining and aiding the setup of new ERGs within the business and co-delivering associated plans with ERG.
- Inputting policy and process reviews and development, to cover the full employee lifecycle and breadth of diversity needs.
- Identifying and working to relevant metrics or KPIs to measure the impact of our plans and to ensure they drive meaningful change as devoted to in Gender Pay Gap reports, Irish Centre for Diversity accreditation process, and employee survey/ feedback.
The Person:
- Knowledge of EDIB related legislation and keeping abreast of the ongoing changes – mainly for Ireland and UK; ideally also experience in mainland Europe.
- 3rd level qualification (e.g. HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Management) would be desirable.
- Proven experience in creating, implementing and delivering new policies.
- CIPD qualifications (or equivalent EDIB specialist experience)
