CapEx are recruiting on behalf of one of Ireland’s leading specialist subcontractors who provide bespoke cladding solutions to blue chip clients. They are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their business on a permanent basis.
For almost 50 years they have worked alongside some of Ireland and the UK’s primary contractors and clients on a range of, Commercial, Residential, Healthcare & Public Sector Developments.
About the role

Main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist in the preparation of budget estimates
- Assist in procurement, issuing tender inquiries and compiling tender comparatives for projects and advise of any concerns or value engineering detail as appropriate
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in valuations of works
- Assist with post-contract cost control
- And much more
You must possess the following;
- Technically qualified preferably to BSc (Surveying) standard
- 1-3 Years Exp in a similar position required
- IT literate, Microsoft Excel, Word etc
- Numerate
- Professionally organised & punctual.
