CapEx are recruiting on behalf of one of Ireland’s largest main contractors who are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a Dublin-based position.
Our client are a ‘Tier 1’ main building contractor who have a proven track record in delivering landmark projects across a variety of sectors.

Main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Prepare progress reports, cash flow forecasts and cost preliminaries
- Provide guidance on project performance through accurate forecasting and identifying risk
- Manage subcontractor accounts, interim valuations and final accounts
- Improve and implement best practice commercial processes and accurate budgeting
- Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders
- Produce monthly cost, valuation and cash flow reports
- And much more
You will ideally possess the following:
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Proven experience within a similar position (min 5 years exp)
