Capex is recruiting on behalf of a Large Civils Contractor who is growing their team based on recent expansion and recruiting a Site Engineer.
The company is internationally known and is involved in multiple projects throughout Ireland.
The company is a leading contractor with vast experience across all sectors of the industry. They are a nationally recognized contractor with a portfolio of major projects across all sectors.
This is a long term project and a fantastic opportunity to gain long-term employment with one of the country’s leading main contractors.
The Role:
- Maintaining site record such as daily and weekly registers
- Surveying and setting out using Total Station, GPS
- Day-to-day supervision of site personnel
- Promoting and ensuring high standards of Health, Safety and Quality on projects
- Supervising and managing sub-contractors
- Assist in the preparation of method statements and risk assessments for construction activities

The Person:
- 2+ years site experience, with experience Setting Out using Total Station.
- Good understanding of QA aspects in construction
- Degree Qualified
- Motivated individual with excellent communication skills
