The company have retained SSA exclusively to assist them in building their team in Dublin due to an additional phase commencing in July 16.. Due to continuous expansion based in an increased workload they are currently recruiting for the following..
Site Manager – Dublin
The company are due to commence a project in July 16 consisting of 70 units which will be tradition build combined with the latest is passive house construction technology
The company intend this to be the flagship development for the company and are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee same
You will have either a trades or technical background with 10 yrs min in the delivery of medium to large scale residential schemes
You will have full control of the project and deal will all aspects from planning the works, dealing with setting out (not essential) through to day to day supervision and reporting
This is an excellent opportunity to deliver a high profile project and there is scope long term to progress into Contracts Management.
