Job Description: TRAINEE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Location: KILDARE
Salary: €40-50k guide
THE COMPANY: My client is a progressive company who are undertaking a number of developments in the Kildare, Dublin and Midlands regions.
The company has an opportunity for an ambitious Engineer / Construction Mgmt graduate with 1-3 years’ experience to work under the Contracts Manager and gain the experience required to manage your own projects.
TRAINEE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER ROLE….
The role will involve being based on a large residential project in Co Kildare working under the direction of the Contracts Manager and will include…..
- Attending Design Team and Subcontractor meetings
- QA/QC and BCAR
- Control of design information
- Overseeing the construction of the works
- Visiting other projects currently being undertaken
- Coordinating specialist contractors / visiting offsite manufacturers facilities
This is an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Construction Manager to work under an experienced Contracts Manager & Project Manager
YOU SHALL HAVE….
- 1-3 years post graduate experience
- Technical qualification in Site Engineering / Construction Mgmt / Quantity Surveying
- Full Drivers Licence (company Vehicle provided)
