Health & Safety Manager
CapEx Recruitment have been assigned to work on a remarkable role with a well regarded Tier 2 Main Contractor for a Health & Safety Manager to join their team and be based on key projects in the Leinster region.
Our client specialises in a multitude of sectors that include Fit Out, Health, Hospitality and Residential, and encourage an environment of collaborating and professional growth.
Role and responsibilities
- Liaising with the site team and subcontractors on the job.
- Advising of health and safety aspects.
- Claim admin.
- Safety inspections and audits and document control.
- Compilation of Method Statements and Risk Assessments
- Attention to detail and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
- Well capable in conducting tool box talks and site inductions.
- Preparation of safety plans and method statements.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified
- 5 or 6 years’ plus working ideally with a main contractor
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Can work well in a team and is computer literate.
