CapEx are recruiting on behalf of an outfit who are seeking BIM Engineers for roles in Dublin and Europe. In the last 40 years this outfit has grown from a small Irish firm to a Leading Provider of Construction Services across Europe.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be required to have experience liaising with and leading BIM counterparts from design and construction teams in a collaborative environment from inception to handover of large scale projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the overall development of BIM protocols and systems
- Management of drawing schedules
- Produce 3D construction models from base information
- Liaise with site staff when interpreting and amending models
- Maintain regular contact with sub-contractors, Consultants and Main Contractor to ensure correct installation procedures are adhered to
Job Requirements:
- CV and Portfolio required.
- A proficiency in using BIM authoring tools (ArchiCAD or Revit)
- Degree qualification in BIM, Architectural Technology, Construction Management or an Engineering discipline
- Previous experience working within a BIM/CAD Technician role
