Capex Recruitment have been asked to find a Contracts Manager for an experienced Tier 2 Construction Contractor to manage a number of construction teams and be responsible for a number of A grade projects in Pharma, Health, Fit out and Education sectors.
As a Contracts Manager you will be mainly responsible for project delivery, health and safety and quality as well as building strong relationship with the design team.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level construction/ engineering related subject essential.
- Held a similar contracts manager or senior project manager role.
- 10 Years+ management experience on a variety of projects in pharmaceutical, healthcare and commercial works.
- Experience in dealing with the integration of Health & Safety legislation into various types of Construction Projects.
- Fully conversant in the various type construction contracts.
