CapEx are recruiting on behalf of one of Ireland’s most prominent main contractors who are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their business on a permanent basis.
Our client specialises in the completion of complicated and unique projects within the specified timeline and inside the highlighted budgetary requirements.
About the role:
- Based in the Irish Midlands
- Join one of Ireland’s premier main contractors
- Acquire experience working alongside blue-chip clients

Main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist in the preparation of budget estimates
- Assist in procurement of subcontract & supplier packages, issuing tender inquiries and compiling tender comparatives for projects and advise of any concerns or value engineering detail as appropriate
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in valuations of works
- Assist with post-contract cost control
- And much more
You will ideally possess the following;
- Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Experience within a similar position preferred (ideally 0-2 years)
