M&E Technician Revit
CapEx recruitment are recruiting on behalf of leading modular construction organisation that are interested in hiring a M&E Revit Technician to their team to work across Dublin based projects.
This company is a progressive and expanding company that have a variety of projects to offer for the successful candidate.
Role and responsibilities
- Assist the seniors in design and undertaking hands on detailing.
- Building models in Revit, researching, clash detection and converting 2D models into 3D models.
- Production of accurate 2D and 3D drawings using Revit processes and procedures.
- Site meetings and answering of queries on drawings.
- Carry out a wide range of tasks in support of technical staff.
- Review project files for compliance with standards.
- Coordinating drawing production in line with requirements and in conjunction with other disciplines.
- Can work autonomously, in a team, and can meet deadlines.
Requirements
- You will have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a technician.
- IT proficiency and withhold experience using Revit.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail and time management skills.
