CapEx are recruiting Mechanical Project Engineers on behalf of an international M&E Contractor who work with household names across the data centre sector both in Ireland & Europe.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience on mission-critical projects with an Irish employer while also benefiting from a very attractive overseas package including flights, accommodation, subsidy allowance, and more. Rotations are typically 11 days on, 4 days off. Project locations include Holland, Germany, Denmark, and Poland.
Main duties will include, but not be limited to:
Reviewing and analysing client specifications to determine scope.
Estimating project costs and generating quotation proposals.
Producing marked up P&ID’s for test circuits and method statements for site activities.
Preparing technical specifications, procurement submittals and handover documentation.
Generating purchase requisition forms for project equipment and materials.
Assisting with inspection of project equipment, materials, and testing processes.
And much more.
You must possess the following:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
3-6 years experience in a similar position.
Proven experience within a contracting environment.
Data centre sector experience ideal but not essential.
