CapEx are recruiting a Project Quantity Surveyor on behalf of one of Ireland’s top main building contractors for a position within the Southeast of Ireland. You would work on a variety of projects across a range of sectors around Waterford, Wexford, Kilkenny and other areas within the region. This is a permanent position.

Main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Liaise regularly with internal and external project stakeholders
- Prepare cost analysis based on drawings, estimates, materials required and labour involved
- Monitor the progress of the project, agree interim payments and negotiate final accounts
- Prepare variations and progress claims
- Review changes in design to assess the effect on project budget and schedule
- Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction manager/supervisors to discuss cost.
- Monitor cash flow as per predetermined project budget and expenditure

You will ideally possess the following:
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Proven experience within a similar position (min. 3 – 6 years exp)
