CapEx are recruiting Quantity Surveyors of All Levels on behalf of one of Ireland’s top main building contractors for a Dublin – based position. You would acquire vast experience working for one of Ireland’s leading Main Contractors. This is a permanent position.

Main duties will include, but not be limited to
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders
- Cost management
- Preparation of budget estimates
- Developing relationships with the professional team, clients & supply chain
- Provide advice on contractual matters
- Post-contract cost control
- Provide reports on value, risk and cost

You will ideally possess the following:
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Contracting &/Or Fitout Experience essential
