CapEx are recruiting on behalf of a leading Residential Building Company who are seeking a Site Manager for a Dublin-based role.
About the role:
- Dublin – Based Role
- Join a leading Residential Building Company with offices based in Ireland and the UK
- Very attractive salary package
- Manage the on-site day to day operations of a 100 unit scheme with support from the Development Director, Construction Director & Senior Foreman
Main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Management of Health and Safety on site to ensure that the highest standards are maintained and adhered to.
- Constant communication with both the design team and other relevant stakeholders to the project
- Management and coordination of both site staff and sub-contractors on site
- Ensuring that company compliance and administration procedures are carried out, in addition to recording the progress of site operations and subcontractors
- Overseeing that all employees and site visitors comply with all Health and Safety obligations
- Planning of the daily resourcing and control of site labour and ordering of materials
- Completing the online site diary and relevant weekly documentation
You will ideally possess the following:
- Trade or relevant 3rd level qualification
- Background in residential developments
- Experience of managing residential contracts
- Carpentry background advantageous
