Capex Recruitment are working in partnership with a main contractor on the appointment of a Site Manager to work on a wide range of diverse construction projects in the Dublin area.

The client is open to negotiating a package that works best to suit the individual.

Responsibilities in your new role:

• Oversee the entire building project lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, timely delivery, and budget adherence
• Manage site operations, including coordinating activities, materials, and team performance, while ensuring compliance with standards
• Monitor progress, address delays, and facilitate effective communication with design, commercial teams, and stakeholders
• Lead safety initiatives, team development, and maintain site standards for safety, cleanliness, and environmental compliance

What you will need to succeed:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with Main Contractor experience
• Skilled in interpreting drawings, specifications and reports, with a proactive approach to logistics, site operations and problem solving
• Excellent communicator, capable of working independently or in team environments, within fast-paced settings
