CapEx are recruiting a Junior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of one of Ireland’s leading Main Contractors working on various residential projects throughout the Leinster Region.

About the role:

Main duties will include, but not be limited to
- Assist in the preparation of budget estimates
- Assist in procurement of subcontract & supplier packages, issuing tender inquiries and compiling tender comparatives for projects and advise of any concerns or value engineering detail as appropriate
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in valuations of works
- Assist with post-contract cost control
- And much more
You will ideally possess the following:
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
- 0 – 2 years relevant experience
- Residential experience preferred but not essential
